Andy spent some time working with a client who is currently experiencing rapid growth. During our session we reviewed their existing budget, but also explored a variety of scenarios (good and bad!) to ensure that the business is geared up for all eventualities. The client was thrilled that, even with a “bad” year of trading they would report a profit and sustain positive cashflows.
