A new client has had problems getting information from his previous accountant/bookkeeper resulting in him receiving penalties from HMRC, as his CIS hasn’t been filed each month.
Emily explained that we would get this issue sorted as a priority. The client was extremely thankful, and told Emily that he knows we will do this as we are ”the best accountants around, and I have faith that it will all be sorted as quickly as possible”.
